Train Speed makes trains faster as you invest in the right Skill Tree upgrades.
The more you progress, the quicker your train can travel, making long rail routes and tunnel runs easier to manage.
Details
Train speed is linked to the Vehicles section of Skill Tree. Look for the Train Speed upgrade and invest points into it to increase your train speed bonus.
The bonus applies when you are driving a train engine. Higher levels give a stronger speed boost, up to the server cap.
This is a passive feature. Once you have the upgrade, you do not need to activate a command before driving.
How to Use
- Open Skill Tree.
- Go to the Vehicles tree.
- Unlock or upgrade Train Speed.
- Drive a train engine as normal.
Tips and Tricks
- This is great for helping you catch up to the Armoured Train.
- Upgrade Train Speed if you regularly use rail tunnels, train routes, or large-map transport.
- The highest trained passenger or driver bonus can help the train reach its best allowed speed.
- Train control still matters at higher speeds, especially around bends, stations, and tunnel hazards.
