Basements

The Basements plugin allows you to build secure, hidden rooms directly beneath your base foundations. Once placed, these underground spaces support deployables, furniture, and electrical items just like any normal room.

You can expand your layout with multiple hatches to create tunnel networks, but if all entrances are destroyed, the entire basement collapses and any loot inside floats to the surface.

How to Use and Tips

• Open your Tool Cupboard and click the Basement button.
• Equip a hammer and make sure you have metal fragments in your inventory.
• Strike a foundation inside your base to place the basement hatch.
• Bring a flashlight, miner’s hat, or lantern because it is completely dark underground.
• Use a jackhammer to break interior basement walls (costs stone).
• Basement size is limited to the footprint of your above-ground structure.
